Where Willow wins
Willow's formatting personalization is a real feature: it studies how you structure emails and mimics it, and cloud models can be updated for everyone overnight. If you dictate long-form documents with strong formatting opinions and don't mind the subscription, Willow does that well.
Where Murmur wins
The economics. A dictation subscription costs more per year than most Mac utilities cost once. Murmur is free, with no quota and no pro tier, because it runs on silicon you already paid for.
